OUR STORY

Presidio Prints was founded by Tessa McMillan out of a deep love for living a colorful life. Inspired by her lifelong love affair with painting and her home in San Francisco’s Presidio of San Francisco, she began with a simple question: How can our surroundings feel more vibrant?

That curiosity led her to transform her paintings into thoughtfully designed patterns, printed on high-quality, sustainable linen. Rooted in bold hues and intentional design, the collection has grown into fabrics made to brighten everyday spaces and spark joy in the smallest details.

Material choice is central to the process. Presidio Prints works with Belgian linen, a natural fiber derived from flax that is known for its durability, breathability, and lower environmental impact. Requiring fewer resources to cultivate and designed to last, linen offers a more responsible foundation—one that softens beautifully over time and reflects a commitment to longevity over excess.

OUR COMMITMENT

This connection to the natural world extends beyond the materials themselves. Presidio Prints is committed to giving back, with a portion of proceeds supporting environmental and conservation efforts. By investing in the protection of natural landscapes, the brand aims to honor and preserve the environments that continue to inspire each design.

At its core, Presidio Prints is about creating pieces that feel both expressive and grounded—designed to live effortlessly in the home while adding a distinct sense of color, warmth, and intention.
